Can I Get Items Shipped To My PO Box Address?
Unfortunately, no. For your security, FedEx requires a physical (street) address for door- to-door delivery.

What About Customs Charges?

Customs clearance charges are your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Damage or Breakage
If there is any damage or breakage, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please send us, by mail or email, a photo of the damaged pieces and a copy of your invoice (we need this to show our insurance agent).
